What is Arise Virtual Solutions?

Arise Virtual Solutions is a BBB A+ rated company that connects small businesses, who provide virtual telephone customer service support, with large corporations seeking a phone-in point-of-contact for their customers.  These small businesses, such as At Home Works, recruit and retain teams of Client Support Professionals (CSPs) to work from home using the virtual Arise platform.  Training fees are paid to Arise by the CSPs for certification in the clients’ software and policies.  The process grants access to highly sought-after companies and allows CSPs to work from the comfort of their homes, on their own schedules.

How Does it Work?

1 - Connect with the @HW team using the "Contact Us" feature on our site or through our Facebook page. We'll help guide you through the Arise registration process. You'll need our IBO ID to progress.

2 - Run the Arise Systems Check to make sure your computer and internet connection are compliant.

3 - Carefully review the Client Opportunity Announcements on the Arise Portal.

4 - Select an opportunity & register for the certification class.

5 - Proceed through the Enrollment Process:  PC Scan, Assessments, & secondary Background Checks (FREE).

6 - Pay for your class and complete all pre-coursework items well in advance of class.

7 - Attend your certification course (100% attendance required).

8 - Once the certification course is completed satisfactorily, you can begin taking calls for your client and earning income!

 

Once you've passed the certification course and are ready to begin servicing the client, you'll access the Arise StarMatic scheduling system (accessible from your mobile device or from within the Arise portal). From there, you'll select the intervals (30-minute slots) you are available to take calls. You'll service the calls during the slots you've committed. Performance is measured by your level of adherence to your chosen schedule, call duration, and overall customer satisfaction.

What can I Expect?

You will be answering telephone calls from your home office for your chosen Client.  If you have ever worked in a call center, you have a good idea of this style of work.  If not, have you ever called to place a catalog order, made hotel or dinner reservations, needed to speak with customer service regarding your home utilities?  The person who took your call and assisted you provided phone-in customer service from a home office or, more likely, a traditional brick-and-mortar call center.  That is, in essence, what you should expect from this type of work.  Depending upon the Client you've chosen, the calls could range from order entry, customer service, billing, tech support, reservations, and sales.
