You are investing in a course that will allow you to contract with highly sought after companies. Each company will have a different course requiring you to access the material online, and an instructor will lead you through the material. The training is very thorough and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable. By the time you are taking customer calls, you should be fully prepared to succeed.
The Arise platform fee, per invoice, is for software use, client access and retention, advertising, data management, support services, etc. You are essentially renting the platform.
The IB administration fee, per invoice, is for business fees, company management, recruitment efforts, accounting/payroll, help and guidance, incentives, etc.
The @HW owner pays all of the same fees as CSPs when servicing. @HW does not ask of CSPs any more than what we are willing to do ourselves. @HW does not receive any profit from any fees outside of the IB fee which is required to maintain business operations and compensate for time spent with and for CSPs - time IS money, after all. The owner could have elected to work independently, but decided that the opportunity was such that it absolutely should be extended to others. So, @HW is inviting and actively recruiting others to join the team. You will not need to incorporate and obtain licensure or business operations and maintenance. No, you are an independent contractor with At Home Works, LLC. You are responsible for your schedule, equipment, insurance, and applicable State/Federal taxes. You will receive a form 1099 instead of a form W-2 in order to file taxes. Note - no money is withheld for independent contractors. It is recommended to personally save some money in anticipation of tax season.
Just like you are not an employee, the @HW owner is not your boss. Think of her more as a guide, paper pusher, payroll processor, coach, and cheerleader! @HW DOES reserve the right to release independent contractors not fulfilling their obligations and critically under-performing after all efforts for redemption are exhausted. Once accepted as a CSP, you are representing our company and Team. We expect you to conduct yourself with professionalism, courtesy, to do your best for Clients, and seek help when needed.
Yes. All positions are independent contract work. First, you'll sign our independent contractor agreement that establishes your relationship with At Home Works, LLC. Second, after you successfully complete your certification course, you'll be offered a contract that establishes servicing expectations for your Client Program.
After completing the certification course and you begin servicing the client, pay is twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of the month. Most clients pay between $9 - $14 an hour, or a set amount per call minute; some clients also include incentives and performance bonuses. Details will be provided on your SoW. Please note - your time in training is unpaid, so make sure to plan accordingly.
Your pay will be what you've earned less the Arise platform and @HW administrative fees, per invoice. @HW wants you to be happy and successful!
Please note - @HW pays either via direct deposit (preferred) or via check. We do not process revenue earned with PayPal or other methods.
Unless you elect to start your own IBO, the start-up investment is nominal. Most American homes already have the equipment required to begin.
Other costs to consider:
A call-center style phone and headset costs less than $30.
A complete computer system meeting the minimum requirements can be purchased for under $600. Please visit our online store.
A POTS (plain ol' telephone system) phone line with unlimited long-distance can cost around $60/month, depending upon carrier. Most cable companies, already in the majority of homes, offer digital phone service as part of a package. You'll need to contact your provider for cost information. The majority of clients allow digital systems in addition to the traditional POTS system.
Initial registration background check, $9.99.
Certification Course (about $149, varies from $19 up to $249).
All programs require notarized Proof of Identification. You are responsible for associated fees.

First, please complete an Interest Form for At Home Works, LLC on our website. Next, follow the steps below to create your CSP Profile on the Arise Portal.
1) Register & Create Profile
Please be sure to use your LEGAL NAME and OFFICIAL ADDRESS OF RESIDENCY.
Arise will later use this information to run a background check and validate your Affidavit of Identification. The information MUST match.

2) Sign Paperwork inside the Arise Portal
3) Select At Home Works as your IBO. Enter our IBO ID when prompted, 84109 (This action sends us your join request!)
We Accept -->> You sign the NDA from inside the Portal -->> We Finalize you in.

Log-in to the Portal with the User Name & Password created. Click "Online Help" in the upper right hand corner. Enter your questions to let AVA, the Arise Virtual Agent, try to answer the question. After a few tries, if she doesn’t provide the answer, she’ll connect you with a live chat agent.

4) Carefully review the Client Opportunity Announcements on the Arise Portal
5) Select the Client Opportunity that best fits YOU
6) Successfully complete PC Scan, Assessments, Background Check(s), Drug Test (if required), and Documentation
7) Complete & Pass the certification course as well as any pre-course requirements
