You are investing in a course that will allow you to contract with highly sought after companies. Each company will have a different course requiring you to access the material online, and an instructor will lead you through the material. The training is very thorough and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable. By the time you are taking customer calls, you should be fully prepared to succeed. The Arise platform fee, per invoice, is for software use, client access and retention, advertising, data management, support services, etc. You are essentially renting the platform. No, you are an independent contractor with At Home Works, LLC. You are responsible for your schedule, equipment, insurance, and applicable State/Federal taxes. You will receive a form 1099 instead of a form W-2 in order to file taxes. Note - no money is withheld for independent contractors. It is recommended to personally save some money in anticipation of tax season. ​ Just like you are not an employee, the @HW owner is not your boss. Think of her more as a guide, paper pusher, payroll processor, coach, and cheerleader! @HW DOES reserve the right to release independent contractors not fulfilling their obligations and critically under-performing after all efforts for redemption are exhausted. Once accepted as a CSP, you are representing our company and Team. We expect you to conduct yourself with professionalism, courtesy, to do your best for Clients, and seek help when needed.

Yes. All positions are independent contract work. First, you'll sign our independent contractor agreement that establishes your relationship with At Home Works, LLC. Second, after you successfully complete your certification course, you'll be offered a contract that establishes servicing expectations for your Client Program.

After completing the certification course and you begin servicing the client, pay is twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of the month. Most clients pay between $9 - $14 an hour, or a set amount per call minute; some clients also include incentives and performance bonuses. Details will be provided on your SoW. Please note - your time in training is unpaid, so make sure to plan accordingly. Your pay will be what you've earned less the Arise platform and @HW administrative fees, per invoice. @HW wants you to be happy and successful! Please note - @HW pays either via direct deposit (preferred) or via check. We do not process revenue earned with PayPal or other methods.
