Your Pay = What the Client Pays
You receive exactly what you earn as stated on your SoW (Statement of Work, ie Contract), plus any incentives or bonuses - No Tricks!
The only paycheck deductions are the Arise Platform fee of $19.75 and IB Administrative fee of $25.25, per invoice, (ie per pay period which is twice per month - see FAQ How do I get paid?).
We are growing! We've added fantastic incentives for our CSPs, including an opportunity to earn reimbursement for 50% up to $50.00, for certification programs!
