4) Carefully Review the Client Opportunity Announcements on the Arise Portal.
5) Select the Client Opportunity that Best Fits YOU
6) Successfully Complete the PC Scan, Pre-enrollment Assessments, Free Background Check, Drug Test (if applicable), Documentation, & Pay for Your Course.
7) Complete & Pass the Certification Course as well as any Pre-course Requirements.

Transferring from Another IBO?
If you are transferring from another IBO, you will first need to be released from that IBO in the Arise Portal BEFORE being added to the @HW CSP team. ** note - please be mindful of any active agreements or SoWs you are currently working under with your current IBO. You should also review your IBO's policy regarding release.
